Für unsere verschiedenen Niederlassungen suchen wir ab sofort einen Vorarbeiter/Polier/Werkpolier (m/w/d) für den Bereich Straßenbau.

### DEINE AUFGABEN

  • \*\*Baustellenprofi:\*\* Abwicklung der Baustellen in Abstimmung mit Bauleitung
  • \*\*Teamleiter:\*\* Selbstständiges Führen des Baustellenpersonals
  • \*\*Organisationstalent:\*\* Baustellenplanung und -vorbereitung
  • \*\*Dokumentationsmanager:\*\* Baustellendokumentationen (Bautagebuch, Aufmaße, etc.)

### DEIN PROFIL

  • \*\*Fachkenntnisse:\*\* Ausbildung zum Vorarbeiter/in (m/w/d) oder Werkpolier (m/w/d) wünschenswert
  • \*\*Strukturiert:\*\* Selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • \*\*Durchsetzungsstark:\*\* Ergebnisorientierte Handlungsweise und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • \*\*Teamplayer:\*\* Flexibilität und Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe
  • \*\*Mobilität:\*\* Führerscheinklasse der Klasse B
