Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten

  • Trocknung und Sanierung nach Wasserschäden (Leitungswasser, Feuchtigkeit, Überflutung)
  • Aufstellung, Überwachung und Abbau von Trocknungsgeräten (z.B. Trotec TTK 175 S, Bautrockner)
  • Messung und Dokumentation von Feuchtigkeitswerten im Bauteil
  • Demontage und Montage von Bauteilen (Böden, Wände, Decken)
  • Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten nach Schadensfall
  • Koordination mit Versicherungen und Sachverständigen vor Ort
  • Dokumentation des Schadensumfangs und der durchgeführten Maßnahmen

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhandwerk (z.B. Maurer, Trockenbauer, Bodenleger) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Bausanierung oder Schadensanierung von Vorteil
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Führerschein Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Einsatzzeiten bei Schadenfällen
