## Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung, Koordination und Einsatzplanung des Montageteams
  • Organisation und Überwachung der Baustellenabläufe
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden sowie Projektleitung vor Ort
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Erstellung von Tages- und Wochennachweisen
  • Koordination von Montage-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf den Baustellen

## Das bringst du mit

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Schlosser, Industriemechaniker, Konstruktionsmechaniker, Metallbauer oder eine vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter, Teamleiter oder in der Baustellenkoordination
  • Führungskompetenz und Organisationstalent
  • selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Reise- und Montagebereitschaft für gelegentliche Einsätze innerhalb Deutschlands
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
