### Vorarbeiter im Raum Mannheim/Ludwigshafen/Karlsruhe gesucht!

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung unseres örtlichen Servicemanagers (m/w/d) bei der Planung von Reinigungsprozessen und bei der Reinigung von Gebäuden auf fachgerechte Art und Weise
  • Einweisung und Anlernen des Reinigungspersonals
  • Unterstützung in der Unterhaltsreinigung bei Bedarf
  • Überwachung der Arbeitsprozesse, Materialverwaltung, Unterstützung bei Erstellung der Dienst- und Urlaubspläne
  • Ansprechpartner für dein Team und unseren Kunden vor Ort

## Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung als Teamleiter/Vorarbeiter in der Gebäudereinigung notwendig
  • Kenntnisse in der Organisation von Arbeiterteams und den genannten Aufgaben
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - mind. B2/C1
  • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B (PKW)
  • MMR-Immunitätsnachweis
