Starten Sie Ihre Karriere in der Flughafenreinigung in Langenhagen! Ab dem 01.04.2026 suchen wir mehrere Vorarbeiter (w/m/d), die unser Team tatkräftig unterstützen und gemeinsam mit uns für Sauberkeit und Qualität am Flughafen sorgen.

### Das machen Sie bei uns:

  • Führung und Leitung eines Teams von Reinigungskräften am Flughafen
  • Planung, Sicherstellung und Dokumentation der personellen Besetzung
  • Koordination und Überwachung operativer Abläufe
  • Qualitätskontrolle und lückenlose Dokumentation der Reinigungsergebnisse
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender unter Einhaltung von Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften

### Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen:

  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Reinigung, idealerweise im Flughafen- oder Objektbereich
  • Erste Führungserfahrung in der Anleitung von Teams
  • Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und serviceorientiertes Handeln
  • Zuverlässigkeit und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfolgreiche Luftsicherheitsüberprüfung (ZÜP gemäß §7 LuftSiG) wünschenswert

  • Befristeter Arbeitsvertrag mit Option auf Verlängerung
