Für ein renommiertes international tätiges Metallunternehmen im Raum Wuppertal suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Eintritt einen engagierten Vorarbeiter für die Wärmebehandlung (m/w/d).

Hauptaufgaben sind die fachliche Leitung der Beschäftigten im Bereich Wärmebehandlung, die Sicherstellung der Fertigungsabläufe und QM-Maßnahmen, die Mitwirkung an der Bereichsplanung (Personal, Maschinenbelegung, Maschinenwartungen und -reparaturen, Unterweisungen etc.), die Ersatzteilbeschaffung, die Pflege der Fertigungsaufträge und Lagerkennzahlen im ERP-System, der ständige Verbesserungsprozess, das Abweichungscontrolling und -reporting, die Einhaltung und Entwicklung von Arbeitssicherheitsregelungen sowie die Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung im laufenden Geschäft.

## Was wir uns wünschen

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem relevanten Metall-Beruf (z.B. Werkstoffprüfer, Industriemechaniker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Metallverarbeitung (gerne Automobilzulieferung) idealerweise Wärmebehandlung
  • gerne bereits erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Metallografie
  • Erfahrungen im Steuern von Anlagen (Metallindustrie)
  • gute ERP-Kenntnisse
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft
