VP - Managing General Counsel, Corporate, Debt and Equity

• This is a senior in-house legal leadership role serving as a strategic advisor on corporate, transactional, debt, equity, and governance matters.
• The position will shape legal strategy for a rapidly growing healthcare organization and support complex business transactions.
• You will lead corporate legal teams while partnering closely with executives, business leaders, compliance professionals, and external counsel.
• The role has significant responsibility across mergers and acquisitions, liquidity transactions, entity structures, governance, equity matters, and securities compliance.
• Success requires combining sophisticated legal judgment with practical business thinking and an ability to navigate complex, high-impact decisions.
• You will also contribute to legal team development, operational improvements, playbooks, training, and a collaborative team culture.
• This is a remote opportunity with up to 25% travel, with Nashville, Tennessee preferred.
