Die Pneuworld GmbH ist ein Spezialist für LKW-Neureifen, Kaltrunderneuerung und Montageservice mit moderner Produktion auf über 3.000 m² in Nürnberg.

Wir suchen einen Leiter für die Produktion (m/w/d)

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtleitung und Steuerung der Kaltrunderneuerung von LKW-Reifen
  • Sicherstellung höchster und einzigartiger Qualität in der gesamten Produktion
  • Führung und Motivation des Produktionsteams
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der modernen Anlagen (2 Autoklaven, vollautomatische Shearographie, moderne Raufmaschinen u. a.)
  • Prozessoptimierung und Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe

### Ihr Profil

  • Meister im Vulkaniseur-Handwerk - SEHR WICHTIG !
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kaltrunderneuerung von LKW-Reifen, idealerweise in leitender Funktion
  • Technisches Verständnis moderner Runderneuerungsanlagen
  • Führungsstärke, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Hands-on-Mentalität
