Im Zuge unseres Wachstums suchen wir Verstärkung in der Knauf Interfer Gruppe.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung und Überwachung der Walzanlage im laufenden Produktionsbetrieb
  • Einstellung und Justierung der Walzen gemäß Produktions- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Überwachung des Walzprozesses inklusive Temperaturkontrolle, Maßhaltigkeit und Oberflächenqualität
  • Durchführung von Materialkontrollen sowie Erfassung relevanter Produktionsdaten
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen und störungsfreien Produktionsablaufs
  • Unterstützung bei Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten an der Anlage im Rahmen der täglichen Instandhaltung
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Prozessstandards

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Walzbetriebstechnologe (m/w/d), Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Walzwerk oder in der allgemeinen Metallverarbeitung wünschenswert
  • Verständnis für thermische und mechanische Prozesse im Walzen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
