Your New Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Geebung logistics operation.

This is a varied, hands-on role covering warehouse operations, inventory, freight and returns.

Key responsibilities include:

• •Receive, check and put away incoming goods
• •Pick, pack and dispatch spare parts and equipment
• •Book freight and coordinate couriers
• •Maintain accurate inventory and stock locations
• •Process returns and RMAs
• •Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation
• •Support the company's consumables recycle program
• •Assist with stock takes and general warehouse duties
• •Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse

What You'll Bring to Make An Impact:

• •Reliable, organised and safety-conscious
• •Has strong attention to detail
• •Comfortable with both physical warehouse work and computer-based administration
• •A good communicator and team player
• •Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• •Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience is preferred
• •Experience using mechanical lifting and materials-handling equipment would be advantageous, but it is not essential
