Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities:

• •Receive, inspect and perform system receiving of incoming materials and parts.
• •Transfer materials for inspection and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for discrepancies in quantity, revision level or part number.
• •Store accepted materials, new parts and subcontractor-repaired items in designated storage locations.
• •Pick, kit and issue materials according to Work Orders and Manufacturing Orders.
• •Process consumable replenishment, exchange requests and scrap requests.
• •Perform inventory control activities including stock storage, 5S housekeeping, cycle counting, expiry monitoring and inventory audits.
• •Maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse documentation and filing.
• •Monitor and replenish packaging materials and stationery.
• •Coordinate calibration and servicing of warehouse equipment.
• •Support workplace Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements and ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Requirements :

• •GCE N-Level, GCE O-Level, ITE, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• •Preferably possesses warehouse, storekeeping, inventory control, logistics or material handling experience.
• •Basic computer skills, including email and internet usage.
• •Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory management processes is an advantage.
• •Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• •Able to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 20 kg.
• •Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• •Familiarity with inventory systems, cycle counting and stock control processes is an advantage.
• •Willing to support workplace 5S and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements.

• •Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• •Company shuttle bus is provided at designated MRT stations
• •This is a 1 Year contract position, extendable based on business requirements
