Responsibilities:

• •Receive, inspect, and verify incoming purchase orders, materials, and deliveries for accuracy and completeness.
• •Organize and maintain inventory for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sewer/drain departments.
• •Pull, stage, and prepare materials and equipment for technicians and installation crews.
• •Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• •Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts.
• •Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, and operations teams regarding deliveries and stock levels.
• •Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
• •Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when needed.
• •Monitor inventory shortages and communicate restocking needs proactively.
• •Assist with returns, damaged materials, and warranty items.
• •Maintain accurate records of materials received, distributed, and transferred.
• •Support field teams by ensuring jobs are stocked with the correct materials and equipment.
• •Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
• •Assist with general warehouse operations and daily facility needs as assigned.
• •Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• •Valid driver's license with 3 years of clean driving history
• •Ability to safely pull & back an 18-foot trailer.
• •Forklift certification required.
• •Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• •Basic computer and inventory system knowledge preferred.
• •Trades industry experience is a plus.
• •Strong organization and attention to detail.
• •Ability to lift and move materials safely.
• •Dependable with strong work ethic and attendance.
• •Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
