Warehouse Associate I (Shipping/Receiving) First Shift

Summary of the role

General Summary:

Shipping and Receiving functions related to incoming and outgoing supplies and product.

Responsibilities:

• •Receiving packages
• •Shipping packages
• •Reviewing packing slips
• •Reviewing Certificates of Compliance, Certificates of Conformance, Certificates of analysis
• •Reviewing and preparing shipping Labels
• •Following a Shipping Schedule
• •Reviewing the label review check forms
• •Maintaining the shipping material supplies
• •Utilize computer software and hardware to prepare documentation to ship Items.
• •Maintain shipping and receiving files
• •Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• •Must be detail oriented

Requirements:

Education:

• •Be able to read, write and speak fluent English, additional languages a plus.
• •High School Diploma/GED or equivalent ex[erience
• •Experience with shipping and receiving, warehouse activities a plus
• •Be able to work well with others and have good communication skills

Physical:

Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
