Description

ICM Solutions is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate who’s eager to learn and build a career in the crushing, aggregates, and heavy equipment industry. This position will also be responsible for delivering parts and helping to maintain our equipment yard. This a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being active and interested in gaining exposure to equipment, warehousing, parts operations, and service support. If you’re curious, dependable, and want to learn how a leading heavy equipment business operates, we’ll teach you the rest.

At ICM, safety is non-negotiable. You’ll be trained to identify and correct unsafe conditions, use TRACK safety practices, and maintain a safe environment for yourself and your team. You must have a clean driving record and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card.

What You'll Do

You’ll play a key role supporting our team and customers in the following ways:

Warehouse Operations

  • Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Load/unload inbound and outbound freight
  • Organize and maintain a clean, efficient yard and warehouse
  • Assist with inventory counts, core returns, and documentation

Deliveries & Logistics

  • Deliver parts and components to customers and field technicians across our territory
  • Safely load, secure, and transport materials using trucks and trailers
  • Maintain delivery vehicles in clean, safe, DOT-compliant condition

Yard & Equipment Support

  • Perform pre-rental inspections to ensure equipment is safe and ready to go
  • Assist with basic maintenance (fluid checks, greasing, filters, washing equipment)
  • Track inventory and report equipment condition or damage
  • Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and yard equipment

Team & Customer Support

  • Work closely with parts, service, and operations teams
  • Support technicians when needed
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and interactions

Requirements

We’re less focused on experience and more focused on attitude and potential:

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
  • Interest in heavy equipment, mechanics, or construction industries
  • Good communication skills and customer focus
  • Ability to stay organized and handle a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical card
  • Ability to safely operate (or learn to operate) forklifts and similar equipment
  • Ability to obtain MSHA certification
  • Experience pulling trailers is a plus, but not required

Why Join ICM Solutions?

  • Career Growth: Learn the crushing/aggregates business from the ground up
  • Hands-On Experience: Work with real equipment, parts, and field operations
  • Skill Development: Build mechanical, logistics, and operations skills
  • Team Environment: Supportive team that values learning and improvement
