Warehouse Excellence Manager (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS

• •Identify, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and operational performance.
• •Define, maintain, and harmonize global warehousing standards, policies, operating procedures, and best practices across all locations.
• •Establish and manage KPI frameworks to monitor operational performance, process compliance, and continuous improvement activities.
• •Analyze warehousing performance, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process and efficiencies and effectiveness through the implementation of lean projects
• •Support logistics transformation and digitalization initiatives, including the optimization of operational systems such as WMS & ERP.

YOUR PROFILE

• •Bachelor in Economics and/or Logistics or equivalent experience
• •Several years of experience in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement.
• •Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, logistics operations, performance management, and process standardization.
• •Experience developing and implementing KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and improvement initiatives.
• •Familiarity with warehouse and logistics systems such as SAP, WMS, Power BI, or similar solutions.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• •Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills, with experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• •Willingness to travel
• •Fluent in English & German, further language skills advantageous
