• Location: Dover, NJ
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (No Weekends!)

Competitive Compensation: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour

• Garden State Tile , a premier luxury tile distributor since 1957, is seeking an hands-on Warehouse Manager responsible for completing the daily operations out of our beautiful Dover, NJ Showroom & Design Center, conveniently located right off US Highway 46. In this role, you will not just manage from behind a desk; you will be actively completing the daily physical operations, including heavy lifting, building pallets, loading/unloading shipments , and organizing inventory .

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• •Hands On Daily Operations: Receive and process incoming stock and materials, pick and fill orders from stock, and organize inventory within our state-of-the-art warehouse using Epicor Prophet 21 technology.
• •Delivery Concierge Customer Service: Manage, pack, ship, and accurately prepare all orders for shipping and customer pick-ups, providing the highest level of concierge customer service to every client and team member.
• •Logistics : Load and unload trucks while safely processing transfers and orders in and out of the warehouse. Responsible for the daily inbound transfers, containers, LTL shipments, and ground transport into our computer systems.
• •Maintain Accuracy : Perform cycle counts as scheduled to preserve accurate inventory levels and improve overall warehouse productivity.

• •An operations professional who understands inventory mapping, strict cycle counts, spot checks, and asset protection.
• •A tech-savvy leader proficient computer skills, tracking systems, and Epicor Prophet 21 technology or similar RFID warehouse technology.
