Role:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in Indore , ensuring efficient material movement, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• •Manage warehouse operations including receiving, loading, unloading, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• •Ensure inventory accuracy through stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• •Maintain warehouse discipline through 5S implementation and adherence to SOPs.
• •Plan manpower, supervise warehouse staff, and drive productivity.
• •Monitor material handling to minimize losses and ensure smooth operations.
• •Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and support continuous process improvements.
• •Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• •2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
• •Hands-on experience with loading/unloading, inventory management, and 5S practices.
• •Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
• •Proficient in MS Excel and warehouse reporting.
• •Ownership mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
