Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate supports day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring materials and products are accurately received, stored, and shipped. This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficient order fulfillment, contributing to operational reliability, and supporting customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries.

Primary Responsibilities

• •Receive and process incoming stock, including unloading, inspection, and documentation.
• •Store materials in designated warehouse locations, maintaining order and accessibility.
• •Pick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare customer orders for delivery or shipment according to schedule.
• •Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• •Perform inventory controls, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, optimizing space utilization.
• •Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns promptly.
• •Collaborate and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• •Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• •Proven experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• •Familiarity with warehouse practices, methods, and safety standards.
• •Proficiency with warehouse management systems, databases, or inventory software.
• •Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• •Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• •Valid forklift license or ability to obtain certification within designated timeframe.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• •Experience working in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
• •Familiarity with Lean or 5S practices for warehouse organization and efficiency.
• •Knowledge of ERP or advanced warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• •Experience with international shipping and customs documentation.
• •Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• •Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
