We’re looking for a proactive, safety‑minded and organised Warehouse Operator and HGV Driver to support our busy warehousing and transport functions. If you thrive in a hands‑on role, enjoy variety, and take pride in getting things right first time, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

• •Safely transporting goods between sites as a Class 1 HGV driver
• •Working closely with Logistics and Production to ensure fast trailer turnarounds
• •Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring all equipment remains in legal, safe condition
• •Loading and unloading vehicles and dispatching components to Production with accuracy and care
• •Maintaining stock integrity through correct rotation, handling, sampling and cycle counting
• •Managing goods-in documentation and resolving discrepancies
• •Using SAP to confirm, pick and manage Transfer Orders
• •Keeping warehouse records up to date and supporting stock consolidation
• •Using MHE (once trained) including Counterbalance, VNA and pallet trucks
• •Deputising for senior operatives when required
• •Contributing to team and personal KPIs

Skills & Attributes

• •A clear and confident communicator
• •Organised, methodical, and able to follow SOPs
• •Computer literate and comfortable working with warehouse systems
• •A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude

Education & Experience

Essential:

• •Valid and clean Class 1 HGV licence
• •Up‑to‑date CPC card
• •Numerate, literate, and comfortable using English
• •Previous warehouse experience would be an advantage

Desirable (but training available):

• •ADR certificate
• •MHE licences (Counterbalance, VNA)

This role is based at our site based in Folkestone, working 4 days on 4 days off, 12hr shifts with start times varying between 7am and 8am.
