Job Description

Join our team and play a vital role in keeping materials and products moving efficiently throughout our operation. As a Warehouse Operator, you will support day-to-day warehouse and production activities by safely transporting raw materials, components, and finished goods using a variety of material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, power trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• •Move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products throughout the warehouse and manufacturing areas.
• •Ensure timely and accurate material flow to support production and customer needs.
• •Maintain inventory and transaction records while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• •Track operational metrics and support the creation and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• •Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• •Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.

Required Qualifications:

• •Forklift, Reach Truck experience
• •Ability to obtain appropriate licenses/training/certifications as needed

Be available to work extended hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Knowledge and Skills:

• •Ability to lift 50 pounds without restrictions required​
• •SAP applications
• •Warehouse, Inventory Management Systems and Inventory Control Systems analytics and methods
• •Lean Methodology knowledge preferred
• •Ability to understand instructions
• •Ability to clearly communicate verbally, writing and reading in English
• •Ability to apply experience to complete assignments and to facilitate the work activities of others
• •Ability to interact professionally with management team
