Warehouse Operator – *Must be Forklift Certified*

Description

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, handling, and distributing materials and products in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and ensuring timely shipment of finished goods while upholding company quality and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• •Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• •Label, stock, organize, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• •Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
• •Pick, stage, kit, and deliver materials to support production and manufacturing operations.
• •Prepare, package, and load outbound shipments to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
• •Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• •Inspect materials and products for quality, damage, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• •Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records using company systems and documentation procedures.
• •Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Shipping teams to ensure efficient material flow and support operational goals.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following established housekeeping and safety standards.
• •Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory control, and workplace safety.
• •Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• •Forklift certification required.
• •Prior warehouse experience .
• •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• •Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50 lbs regularly.
• •Experience with inventory software preferred.
• •Team player with good communication and time-management skills.
