As a Quality Inspection Associate in our Columbus-area Fulfillment Center, you’ll play a vital role in helping families save time, money, and the planet—one item at a time.

What You Will Do:

• •This isn't a traditional pick-and-pack warehouse position. You'll work hands-on with constantly changing products, inspect them for quality and safety, determine condition, accurately identify product information, photograph items, and make decisions that directly affect what our customers receive.
• •You will learn and develop skills required to advance your career in a fast paced start-up. You will have fun in a business that is lowering costs and elevating shopping experiences for parents. Be proud of the work that you do.
• •Quality Inspection Focus: Conduct thorough safety and quality checks of products using our proprietary software and quality check database to ensure they meet our high standards before listing on our platform. Your keen eye will help maintain the trust and safety of our community.

Work Schedule:

• •Three shift available
• •Days: Monday-Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
• •Weekends: Friday-Sunday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm
• •Nights: Monday-Friday 4:30 pm - 2:00 am
• •Full-Time applicants only
