JOB DESCRIPTION:

Chịu trách nhiệm chọn hàng (chọn, kiểm tra) theo bộ phận Trưởng nhóm xuất hàng
Thực hiện các công việc theo quy trình tiêu chuẩn
Thực hiện việc thực hiện các quy định về lao động, phòng cháy chữa cháy, các quy tắc và quy định của công ty tại kho
Chọn đúng sản phẩm, đúng lô / ngày, số lượng theo phiếu chọn. Ký tên và viết tên đầy đủ, ngày tháng trong Phiếu chọn sau khi chọn
Kiểm tra số lượng thực tế của hàng hóa với số lượng trong hóa đơn để đảm bảo chọn chính xác và cập nhật trong tài liệu
Giám sát chất lượng hàng hóa trong quá trình lấy hàng, báo cáo ngay cho người giám sát kho khi hàng có bất thường như: bị móp, vỡ, hết hạn sử dụng, lỗi
Thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ theo quy định của công ty
Báo cáo ngay cho Giám sát kho các mặt hàng không phù hợp trong quá trình vận hành
Sắp xếp và bảo quản hàng hóa theo quy định của công ty
Kết hợp với nhân viên triển khai bảo quản và sắp xếp để đảm bảo tìm kiếm và kiểm tra dễ dàng
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi trưởng nhóm xuất hàng, Giám sát kho
Hỗ trợ và kết hợp với đồng nghiệp
