Join Hitachi Energy and play a key leadership role in ensuring our warehouse and inventory operations run efficiently, accurately, and safely. As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor , you will lead a team responsible for inventory management, warehouse activities, and the flow of finished goods across the supply chain. You'll help ensure products are available when and where they are needed by coordinating with production, logistics, transportation, and planning teams while supporting continuous operational improvement.

How You'll Make an Impact

• •Lead and support daily warehouse and inventory operations to meet business objectives.
• •Set clear operational priorities and guide team performance to achieve results.
• •Monitor inventory levels, inventory positioning, and product movement to support customer demand and production requirements.
• •Coordinate with production planning, transportation, and warehouse teams to optimize routing, scheduling, storage, and distribution activities.
• •Maintain and improve inventory system data, including lead times, network changes, forecasting inputs, and product introductions.
• •Analyze inventory trends, forecasts, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• •Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are understood and followed by team members and stakeholders.
• •Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team environment while supporting employee development.
• •Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

• •Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• •3+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• •Previous experience leading, supervising, or coordinating teams in an operational environment.
• •Strong understanding of inventory management principles, forecasting, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• •Proven ability to analyze data, solve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
