Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen zuverlässigen Wareneingangsprüfer (m/w/d), der gerne mitdenkt, sicher mit dem PC umgeht und dafür sorgt, dass bei uns alles seine Ordnung hat.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Wareneingang oder in der Qualitätsprüfung
  • SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse und Freude an der Arbeit mit digitalen Systemen
  • Eine sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem
  • Ein Staplerschein ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse (Level B2)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Kontrolle und Prüfung eingehender Waren auf Menge, Qualität und Beschaffenheit
  • Abgleich von Lieferungen mit Bestellungen und Lieferscheinen
  • Erfassung und Buchung der Wareneingänge im SAP-System
  • Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen und Abweichungen
  • Erkennen und Melden von beschädigten oder fehlerhaften Waren
  • Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Abteilungen
