Ihre Aufgaben
Inbetriebnahme & Montage: Fachgerechter Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme mechatronischer Lösungen direkt im Gleisbau-Umfeld.
Service & Support: Durchführung von Funktionskontrollen sowie systematische Störungsanalyse und -behebung vor Ort.
Kundenbetreuung: Direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden (Terminvereinbarung, Information, Betreuung) sowie Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen.
Dokumentation: Erstellung und Überprüfung von technischen Unterlagen, Serviceberichten und Arbeitsscheinen.
Teamarbeit: Aktive Unterstützung des technischen Support-Teams bei komplexen Kundenanfragen.

Ihr Profil
Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenen technische Ausbildung (Lehre/ HTL) im Bereich Elektrotechnik.
Fachwissen: Kenntnisse im Bereich Gleisbaumaschinen sowie Basiskenntnisse in der Steuerungstechnik (z. B. B&R Automation Studio) sind von großem Vorteil.
Sprachen: Solide Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld.
Mobilität: Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B sowie eine hohe Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland (Schwerpunkt Montag bis Freitag).
Kompetenzen: Systematische Vorgehensweise bei Problemlösungen, Teamfähigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes bereichsübergreifendes Denken.
