  • Inbetriebnahme & Montage: Fachgerechter Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme mechatronischer Lösungen direkt im Gleisbau-Umfeld.
  • Service & Support: Durchführung von Funktionskontrollen sowie systematische Störungsanalyse und -behebung vor Ort.
  • Kundenbetreuung: Direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden (Terminvereinbarung, Information, Betreuung) sowie Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen.
  • Dokumentation: Erstellung und Überprüfung von technischen Unterlagen, Serviceberichten und Arbeitsscheinen.
  • Teamarbeit: Aktive Unterstützung des technischen Support-Teams bei komplexen Kundenanfragen.
  • Ihr Profil
  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenen technische Ausbildung (Lehre/ HTL) im Bereich Elektrotechnik.
  • Fachwissen: Kenntnisse im Bereich Gleisbaumaschinen sowie Basiskenntnisse in der Steuerungstechnik (z. B. B&R Automation Studio) sind von großem Vorteil.
  • Sprachen: Solide Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld.
  • Mobilität: Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B sowie eine hohe Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland (Schwerpunkt Montag bis Freitag).
  • Kompetenzen: Systematische Vorgehensweise bei Problemlösungen, Teamfähigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes bereichsübergreifendes Denken.

  • Gehalt: Bruttomonatslohn ab 2.950,00 Euro (eine deutliche Überzahlung ist je nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung ausdrücklich vorgesehen).
