Water Recycling is at the heart of our operations. The key services that we are responsible for are delivered by our in-house, highly skilled workforce. We collect and treat the water that customers have used, returning it to the environment via rivers and coastal outlets. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring our Network Managers, increasing focus on employee and customer health and safety, and providing tactical support for managing operational incidents, impact planning, operational decision making and investment planning.

You will spend time with our managers and their teams to ensure they have the tools, equipment and training required to effectively manage our assets in line with our regulators’ guidelines. This active management will have a focus on achieving environmental excellence, building resilience, and utilising performance reporting to ensure we are operating as efficiently and effectively as possible whilst maintaining the wellbeing of our teams.
