WCS Material Specialist/Technical Support

Looking for a motivated, solution-oriented team player who consistently concentrates on organizational concerns.

Responsible for shipping materials and computers as required for clients, other WCS facilities, or schools.

Maintain and monitor stock room.

Make sure needs of client are met in a timely and professional manner regarding computer-based System 21 training.

Help technical support staff with fleet computers, including checking-in, up-dating programming, shipping-out, and completing log records.

Assist in maintenance of simulators for optimum functionality.

Promotes and abides by all Safety policies and procedures.

Maintains safety training at 90% with a goal of 100%.

Maintaining a safe driving record and avoiding any at-fault or preventable accidents.

Promote and participates in company’s Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001. This is evidenced by following WCS’s quality policies, procedures and work instructions.

Provide and maintain a work environment that encourages open and free communication and participation from all employees. This is evidenced by adhering to RPC’s Code of Business Conduct and enforcing its guidelines company-wide.
