  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's financial circumstances, goals, family dynamics, and priorities to create customized wealth strategies.
  • Partner closely with Community Bank leaders, Relationship Managers, and branch teams to identify referrals, uncover opportunities, and provide wealth management expertise to clients and prospects.
  • Lead client relationship strategy discussions and coordinate ongoing service and planning reviews to ensure solutions remain aligned with clients' evolving needs and objectives.
  • Build, grow, and retain a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth client relationships through proactive business development, center-of-influence networking, and internal referral partnerships.
  • Leverage the full capabilities of M&T Bank and Wilmington Trust to deliver integrated banking, lending, investment, fiduciary, and planning solutions.
  • Maintain a disciplined business development process, managing prospect pipelines and relationship activities to support long-term revenue growth.
  • Foster strong collaboration across Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Private Banking, and Retail Banking teams to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements, bank policies, and risk management standards.
  • Responsible for meeting and maintaining registration requirements under the Federal SAFE Act.
