Goldfinger is the primary focus: create digital assets for Goldfinger press-on nails, nail glue, and nail care accessories.

Provide photography direction for Goldfinger shoots and manage retouching, resizing, and final image delivery.

Create and maintain Amazon store assets, including A+ content, infographics, and thumbnails.

Support TikTok Shop product pages and design main banners and digital ads.

Serve as the dedicated digital design resource for the Goldfinger brand.

Key Responsibilities

Create digital assets for campaigns and projects, including landing pages, homepage banners, emails, SMS assets, social posts, rollovers, retailer assets, Amazon A+ content, infographics, hybrid thumbnail images, category banners, and storefront assets.

Develop DTC and retailer-facing digital content that supports campaign launches, seasonal activations, and product storytelling across web and marketplace channels.

Support ongoing campaign asset needs from initial design through final delivery, ensuring related digital assets are completed and ready for use.

Photoshoot, Retouching, and Visual Asset Support – 25%

Support photoshoot-related work by participating in kickoff discussions, contributing to moodboards, supervising or providing direction, selecting images, managing retouching, sharing files with teams, and coordinating revisions.

Coordinate retouching workflows by preparing notes, communicating with outside retouchers, reviewing revised assets, sharing images for team feedback, and managing final image delivery.

Check that nail designs, package colors, model usage, and campaign visuals are clear, accurate, and aligned with Goldfinger brand and Nail Division needs.

Manage post-photoshoot tasks such as final image selection, retouching process, file renaming, resizing, and communication with retouchers from a web design perspective.

Project Coordination, Timeline Management, and Cross-Functional Communication – 20%

Manage design timelines for campaigns and projects, helping ensure due dates are clear, responsible stakeholders are informed, and project milestones are not missed.

Coordinate feedback and revision cycles until final approval is obtained, keeping project owners and cross-functional teams updated on status and next steps.

Support landing page and website update projects by reviewing recommendations, clarifying page scope, suggesting layout improvements, and aligning with brand, DTC, and development needs.

Communicate final design status, Figma links, layout direction, launch timing, and development readiness to help cross-functional teams stay aligned.

Brand Consistency, Quality Control, and Digital Standards – 10%

Maintain visual consistency according to Goldfinger brand guidelines across digital assets, campaign layouts, retailer deliverables, and social content.

Review digital designs for overall look, interactions, color, model image usage, copy placement, and other visual elements before finalization.

Support brand-aligned digital execution across e-commerce, marketing, and retailer platforms to help ensure a consistent digital brand presence.

Social and Operational Design Support – 5%

Support social team needs through image resizing, social post adaptation, nail chip post creation, and platform-specific digital graphics.
