Job Description

We are looking for a Web Developer to develop, enhance, support, and maintain modern web applications while ensuring a seamless user experience. This position will be Full-time, Hybrid -Bengaluru .

What You'll Do

• •Develop and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• •Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces
• •Design, develop, and consume REST APIs and integration services
• •Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across front-end and backend components
• •Support application testing, deployments, and production releases
• •Perform application support, maintenance, and enhancements across the solution stack
• •Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams
• •Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• •Support CI/CD processes and ensure smooth code deployments
• •Monitor and maintain application performance, reliability, and availability
• •Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and knowledge articles
• •Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements for application stability and performance
• •Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure business solutions

What You'll Need

Required:

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• •Minimum 6-8 years of software development experience
• •Strong hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• •Experience with modern React frameworks, libraries, and development tools
• •Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns
• •Experience with source control tools such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Azure Repos
• •Experience with CI/CD pipelines and application deployment processes
• •Knowledge of backend development concepts and database technologies
• •Experience supporting and maintaining production applications
• •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile/Scrum teams
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• •Experience interacting with global stakeholders and distributed teams

Preferred:

• •Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and SharePoint
• •Experience with Node.js or similar backend technologies
• •.NET development experience is highly preferred
• •Understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment
• •Experience working in enterprise-scale application environments
• •Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools
• •Exposure to application security best practices and performance optimization
