Verstärkung gesucht: Für die Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Prozessplattform TerMed (u. a. KI-Telefonie und Online-Termine) suchen wir Köpfe, die technische Herausforderungen praxisnah und lösungsorientiert anpacken – denn echte Problemlösungskompetenz zählt für uns weit mehr als ein perfekter Lebenslauf oder ein bestimmter Studienabschluss.

## Unsere Mission

Digitale Prozesse sollen Praxisteams spürbar entlasten und sich möglichst ohne Medienbrüche in bestehende Praxisabläufe integrieren.

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Fullstack-Entwicklung: Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform, Frontends, APIs & Backend-Services.
  • Datenbanken & Schnittstellen: Modellierung (PostgreSQL) und Anbindung externer Systeme.
  • End-to-End: Begleitung von Features von der Idee bis zur Fertigstellung.
  • Qualität & Architektur: Aktive Mitgestaltung von Codequalität und Entwicklungsprozessen.
  • Teamwork: Enger Austausch mit Produktmanagement, Support und Fachbereichen.

## Das bringst Du mit

  • Tech-Stack: Node.js / NestJS (Backend) & React / Next.js (Frontend).
  • Sprachen & DB: TypeScript / JavaScript & relationalen Datenbanken (PostgreSQL).
  • Skills: Blick für saubere Softwarearchitekturen & strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
  • Sprache: Gute Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Nice-to-have: Docker, CI/CD, Storybook, Turborepo oder Headless CMS.
