Die EIGENSCHINK Grundstücksverwaltungs GmbH besteht seit 1987 und ist seit dem erfolgreich auf dem Immobilienmarkt tätig. Unser Büro mit 19 Mitarbeitern liegt zentral im Herzen von Schwabing und ist Inhaber geführt.

  • Für unser sympathisches Team in der WEG-Abteilung suchen wir ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung.
  • Sie erledigen den Zahlungsverkehr mit Kontenabstimmung, erstellen selbständig Jahresabrechnungen und Wirtschaftspläne, führen die Korrespondenz mit Eigentümern und Verwaltungsbeiräten zu buchhalterischen und Abrechnung bezogenen Anliegen.

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann/-frau wäre wünschenswert, ist aber keine Bedingung. Idealerweise verfügen Sie über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Buchführung und können sicher mit einer Buchhaltungssoftware arbeiten. Erfahrungen mit imveon ERP der Hausbank München sind von Vorteil. Eine entsprechende Anwender-Schulung ist selbstverständlich.
