Mit einem Team von rund 30 Mitarbeitenden haben wir unsere Prozesse erfolgreich modernisiert und eine digitalisierte Verwaltung aufgebaut.

## IHR JOB IM ÜBERBLICK

  • Betreuung von Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften und GdWE nach WEG
  • Vorbereitung, Leitung und Nachbereitung von Eigentümerversammlungen inklusive Einladungen und Protokollen
  • Umsetzung von Beschlüssen
  • Steuerung und Kontrolle externer Dienstleister und Wartungsunternehmen
  • Kommunikation mit Eigentümern, Beiräten, Handwerkern, Dienstleistern und Behörden

## DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung in der Immobilienwirtschaft UND/ODER mehrjährige Erfahrung in der WEG-Verwaltung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Koordination der Verwaltungsprozesse
  • Sicher im Umgang mit Eigentümern, Beiräten und Dienstleistern, auch in Versammlungen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
