WEG-Objektbetreuung (m/w/d) Aufgabengebiet

  • Wahrnehmung von Ortsterminen
  • Korrespondenz mit Wohnungseigentümern und Handwerkern
  • WEG-Sachbearbeitung
  • Leitung und Vorbereitung von Eigentümerversammlungen
  • KEINE buchhalterischen Tätigkeiten
  • Deine Qualifikation
  • Du hast ein immobilienwirtschaftliches Studium oder eine Berufsausbildung absolviert, z.B. Immobilienkaufmann /-frau, Immobilienfachwirt /-in oder Vergleichbares
  • PKW-Führerschein Klasse 3
  • Sichere Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift mit Kunden und Handwerkern
