Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Unterstützung in der WEG-Verwaltung . Ob in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit- Ihr Einsatz bei uns kann flexibel vereinbart werden.
### Ihre Aufgaben:
-Verwaltung von Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften (WEG)
-Eigenständige Bearbeitung von technischen und kaufm. Fragestellungen
### Ihr Profil:
- -Einschlägige Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
- -Gute Kenntnisse im Mietrecht
- -Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office und Branchensoftware
- -Flexibiltät, gutes Organisationsvermögen
- -Freundliches, sicheres Auftreten
