## IHR JOB IM ÜBERBLICK

  • Objektbetreuung vor Ort und aktive Kommunikation mit den Beiräten und Eigentümern
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Eigentümerversammlungen
  • Vorbereiten und Begleiten von Erhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Einholen und Bewertung von Kostenangeboten
  • Rechnungsprüfungen mit Beiräten und Rechnungsprüfern
  • Sachliche Prüfung von Rechnungen und Freigabe zur Bezahlung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Schadensfällen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam der Versicherung oder des Versicherungsgroßmaklers
  • Ablaufverfolgung und Fristenkontrolle

## DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der WEG-Verwaltung (Solide Kenntnisse im WEG-Recht sind von Vorteil)
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene immobilienwirtschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
