What You'll Do

As a Welder at DeWys Stainless Solutions, you'll play an important role in producing quality metal components that meet our customers' expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• •Set up and operate welding equipment to perform MIG welding on a variety of products and components.
• •Lay out, position, align, and fit metal parts according to customer specifications.
• •Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and welding requirements.
• •Perform finish grinding and spot grinding to meet quality and appearance standards.
• •Inspect your work to ensure weld quality, accuracy, and workmanship.
• •Perform routine maintenance and care of welding and grinding equipment.
• •Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• •Work closely with teammates and leadership to meet production and quality goals.
• •Look for opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and make our work better every day.

What We're Looking For

• •Previous MIG welding experience preferred.
• •TIG or robotic welding experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as important.
• •Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions.
• •Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• •Ability to work independently while also being a great teammate.
• •Dependability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills.
• •A commitment to working safely and doing the job right.
