We're looking for a Welder who is ready to be part of a skilled, hardworking team that builds exceptional products while having fun along the way. Whether you're an experienced welder or looking to grow your fabrication skills, we'll provide opportunities to learn, develop, and build a rewarding career.
What You'll Be Doing:
Perform MIG welding on a variety of custom fabrication and structural steel projects
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication plans
Cut, fit, assemble, and fabricate metal components with precision
Ensure finished products meet our high standards for quality and craftsmanship
Collaborate with a talented team to solve challenges and bring projects to life
Support custom fabrication projects that are different, exciting, and rewarding
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
What We're Looking For:
Welding and fabrication experience preferred
TIG and Metal Core welding experience is a plus
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn new skills
Commitment to workplace safety
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
