Full‑Time • Hourly • On‑Site • Day Shift (5:00am–3:30pm Monday to Thursday, Overtime on Friday as needed)

Join our team as a Welder and help build high‑quality, industry‑leading products. In this role, you’ll use your welding skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety to fabricate and assemble structural components that keep our customers moving.

Starting at $21.00 / hour + DOE

What You’ll Do

Interpret layout drawings, welding diagrams, and work orders to plan daily tasks

Set up equipment and prepare work area for welding operations

Lay out, position, align, and fit components in jigs/fixtures

Tack, weld, and assemble components using flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead techniques

Inspect welds for bead size, quality, and accuracy; perform pressure tests

Grind, chip, or smooth welds to meet specifications

Use tools such as chop saws, plasma cutters, torches, and belt sanders

Repair and rework metal components—including straightening, reshaping, dismantling, and reassembling

Change gas cylinders and weld wire as needed

Safely operate forklifts (stand‑up and sit‑down), power buggies, hoists, and scissor lifts

Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures

Perform additional duties as assigned

Maintain regular and reliable attendance

What You’ll Need

Ability to pass the Multiquip Welder Certification test within 3 months of hire

Strong welding skills with experience in multiple welding positions

Familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment

Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Physical Requirements

Regularly required to stand and walk; frequently use hands and arms

Occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch

Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly

Able to stand for up to 10 hours in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

Visual abilities include close, peripheral, and depth perception

Exposure to weld gas, cleaners, spatter spray, and other chemicals

Loud work environment—hearing protection required

Compensation & Benefits

$21.00 / Hour

$2.00 / hour increase upon passing weld certification at 90 days

9 paid holidays
