Key Responsibilities:

• •Efficiently operate the robots and cobots: Maximize the efficiency of our robots and cobots by ensuring that the machines have components loaded and finished parts are unloaded so the machines are fully utilized.
• •Load Components to be Welded: Safely load components to be welded into fixtures.
• •Unload Finished Products: Safely unload finished products onto pallets, ready for Powder coating and shipping to our valued customers. Clean parts using grinders, etc. after welding as needed.
• •Maintain Cleanliness: Keep equipment and work areas spotless to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• •Assist as Needed: Contribute to the team by operating grinders, band saws, benders, welding, or other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• •General fabrication and MIG welding of steel experience is required
• •Self-driven and motivated; hard worker capable of working unsupervised
• •Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• •Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• •Quick learner with excellent hand-eye coordination
• •Ability to lift or move 60+ lbs. products continuously and stand on your feet for long periods of time
• •Strong time management skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• •Ability to operate a pallet jack and other fabrication equipment
• •High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
