Deine Aufgaben

Gesamtverantwortung für den SPA-Bereich und die operative Organisation
Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
Sicherstellung höchster Qualitäts- und Servicestandards
Aktive Gästebetreuung und professionelle Beratung
Verantwortung für Angebote, Produkte und wirtschaftliche Abläufe

Das bringst du mit

Erfahrung im SPA- oder Wellnessbereich, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition
Organisationstalent, Führungskompetenz und Gastgebermentalität
Qualitätsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und unternehmerisches Denken
Herzliches Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Gästen
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
