  • You own the how we say it. All day, you concept and script ads: hooks, angles, and narratives that stop the scroll and convert. You work closely alongside the Creative Director, who sets final direction - but day-to-day you run independently. Full ownership over your scripting, no micromanagement loops.

  • You script and concept paid ads at pace - hooks, angles, storylines

You own the creative angles for our campaigns and constantly develop new approaches

You work closely with the Static Ads Designer and Content Creator to turn concept into finished output

You operate autonomously; the Creative Director sets direction and gives final sign-off

You test, learn from performance data, and iterate

  • Who we're looking for
  • Experience scripting paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) with demonstrable performance

You think in hooks and angles and understand what stops people in the feed

You produce fast and at volume without sacrificing quality

Genuinely excited about AI and the space

German + good English

  • What we offer
  • Competitive salary: €65,000-€100,000
