Zur Erweiterung unserer Versorgungskapazitäten sucht der Pflegedienst valde vita zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt examinierte Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) für die außerklinische Intensivpflege in verschiedenen Versorgungsformen:

  • 🏡 Intensivpflege-WG in Arnstadt
  • Außerklinische Intensivpflege
  • 🏡 Kinder-Intensivpflege-WG in Gotha
  • Pädiatrische außerklinische Intensivpflege
  • 🏠 1:1-Intensivversorgungen in Erfurt
  • Individuelle außerklinische Intensivpflege im häuslichen Umfeld
  • Was dich bei valde vita erwartet:

  • ✔ Raum für fachlich sauberes Arbeiten

### Deine *Vergütung:*

4.165 € Einstiegsgehalt (Vollzeit) nach Tarifvertrag ABVP.

Zusätzlich erhältst du:

  • 150 € monatliche Zulage für den Einsatz in der Mehrfachversorgung (Betreuungsschlüssel 1:4 oder 1:3), sofern du über den Basiskurs Pflegefachkraft für Außerklinische Beatmung und Intensivpflege oder eine entsprechende Berufserfahrung in der außerklinischen Intensivpflege verfügst.
  • 155 € monatliche Schichtzulage (bei regelmäßigem Schichtwechsel und mehr als vier Arbeitstagen in anderen Schichten pro Monat)
  • Jahreszuwendung in Höhe eines Bruttomonatsgehalts , ausgezahlt jeweils hälftig im Mai und November , nach mindestens sechs Monaten Betriebszugehörigkeit.
  • Zuschläge laut [ABVP-Tarif](https://abvp.de/tarifvertrag/)

Das bringst du mit:

  • Examen als Pflegefachkraft (Altenpflege / Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege / Kinderkrankenpflege)
  • Interesse oder Erfahrung in der außerklinischen Intensivpflege
  • *(Einarbeitung/Qualifizierung möglich, falls noch keine Vorerfahrung vorhanden ist)*
  • Verlässlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit
