Die Immobilien Verwaltungsgesellschaft Saar (IVS) ist ein junges, modernes Unternehmen und als Verwalter für Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien im Saarland tätig. Als eigenständige Tochtergesellschaft innerhalb der Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe vereinen wir ein Höchstmaß an Seriosität, Kompetenz und Flexibilität. Denn: Immobilienverwaltung ist Vertrauenssache.

Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Objektbuchhalter (m/w/d) .

### Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

Selbständige kaufmännische Verwaltung von Wohn-/Gewerbeimmobilien sowie Wohnungseigentumsanlagen

Durchführung sämtlicher kaufmännischen Aufgaben (Objektbuchhaltung), inkl. der jährlichen Hausgeld- und Betriebskostenabrechnung

Korrespondenz mit Eigentümern, Mietern, Beiräten, Handwerkern, Dienstleistern

Mahn- und Rechnungswesen für Eigentümergemeinschaften

### Ihr Profil:

Abschluss als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau (IHK) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - idealerweise ergänzt durch ein fachbezogenes Studium

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung

Hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität, Motivation, Leistungsbereitschaft sowie Teamfähigkeit

Strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
