Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Thörey unbefristet einen

Werkleiter (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit und termingerechten Kundenbelieferung
  • Sicherstellung der Produktqualität
  • Wirtschaftliche Führung des Standortes hinsichtlich Kosten, Produktivität und Ergebnis
  • Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit und einer wirksamen Instandhaltung
  • Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen sowie Material-, Energie- und Ressourceneinsatz
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Investitionen und Verbesserungsprojekten
  • Umsetzung unternehmensweiter Standards, Prozesse und Organisationsstrukturen
  • Kontinuierliche technische, wirtschaftliche und prozessuale Weiterentwicklung des Standortes

Das wünschen wir uns:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännisch-technische Berufsausbildung
  • Weiterqualifikation auf mindestens DQR-Niveau 6 (z. B. Meister, Techniker, Fachwirt, Bachelor oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Produktions- oder Führungsfunktion, idealerweise in der Baustoffindustrie
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Produktion, Technik, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Mitarbeitendenführung
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Bereitschaft, Veränderungen aktiv zu gestalten und umzusetzen
  • Teamorientiertes und standortübergreifendes Denken und Handeln
