Das bringst du mit:

  • Fachliche Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauzeichner (Hochbau), Technischer Zeichner / Systemplaner, Bautechniker oder Holztechniker, Zimmerer/Zimmerin mit CAD‑Erfahrung
  • Sichere Anwendung des SEMA‑Programms, insbesondere im Bereich Grundriss‑ und Werkplanung
  • Erfahrung in der Keller‑, Bodenplatten‑ oder Fundamentplanung wünschenswert
  • Verständnis für bautechnische Abläufe, Normen und Ausführungsdetails
  • Kenntnisse in Bauphysik, Statikgrundlagen und Schnittstellen im Holz‑/Massivbau

Darauf hast du Lust:

  • Erstellung von Werk‑, Ausführungs‑ und Detailplänen, Keller- u. Bodenplattenpläne
  • Umsetzung von Eingabeplänen in vollständige, prüffähige Werkplanunterlagen
  • Modellierung und Bearbeitung von Grundrissen, Schnitten und Details im SEMA‑Programm
  • Ausarbeitung von Anschlussdetails zwischen Keller, Bodenplatte, Holzbau und weiteren Gewerken
  • Ableitung von Höhenbezügen, Maßketten, Fundamentpunkten, Einbauteilen und Leitungsführungen
  • Prüfung der Planunterlagen auf Maßhaltigkeit, Kollisionsfreiheit und bautechnische Machbarkeit
