Wir suchen einen Mitarbeiter als Werkpolier im Straßen- und Tiefbau.

Die Stellenausschreibung richtet sich an erfahrene Fachkräfte, die als Bindeglied zwischen der Bauleitung und der Kolonne fungieren. Der Werkpolier übernimmt dabei operative Führungsaufgaben und arbeitet oft selbst aktiv mit.

Aufgabenprofil

  • Baustellenorganisation : Vorbereitung, Einrichtung und Überwachung von Baustellen im Erd-, Straßen- und Kanalbau.
  • Teamführung : Einteilung und fachliche Anleitung der gewerblichen Mitarbeiter (Kolonne) sowie Überprüfung der Arbeitsleistung.
  • Ressourcenplanung : Koordination von Personal-, Geräte- und Materialeinsatz in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung.
  • Qualität & Sicherheit : Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten Ausführung gemäß Bauplänen sowie Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzvorschriften.
  • Dokumentation : Führung von Bautagesberichten und Mitwirkung bei der Abrechnung.

Anforderungen und Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung : Abgeschlossene bautechnische Berufsausbildung (z. B. als Straßenbauer oder Tiefbaufacharbeiter).
  • Weiterbildung : Fortbildung zum Werkpolier

Berufserfahrung : Mehrjährige Praxis auf Baustellen im Tief- oder Straßenbau
