  • mit der Bauleitung verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der Baumaßnahmen
  • Sie koordinieren Mitarbeiter und Nachunternehmer Sie führen das
  • Baustellenberichtswesen Das bringen Sie mit: Einen Meisterbrief als
  • Maurer- und Betonbauer (m/w/d) oder als Zimmerer (m/w/d), eine
  • abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum geprüften Polier (m/w/d) bzw.
  • Werkpolier (m/w/d), Bautechniker (m/w/d) und/oder mehrjährige
  • Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) im Hochbau. Gute Kenntnisse im Thema
  • Arbeitsschutz/Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle Zuverlässigkeit,
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität Führungskompetenz und Teamgeist
